Sometimes, finding hope and purpose can be really difficult. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, relationship issues, teenager adjustments, or even an addiction, the storms of life can be challenging, but you don’t have to weather those storms alone. Everyone deserves to feel hope…everyone deserves to live life with purpose. As a counselor, I've had the privilege of walking with hundreds of people through heavy and often overwhelming seasons in their lives. One of the many things I've learned is that your past does not need to define your future. Restored health, hope, and purpose can be your reality.

MY SERVICES

I provide counseling services for adults, teens, and couples. Years of experience has given me opportunities to help clients dealing with many issues, including burnout, depression, anxiety, addictions, life transitions, marriage conflict, and family dynamics. I am well practiced in many evidence-based counseling theories, but it is each client and their specific situation that informs which theoretical approach is utilized in session. While I am educated and licensed to provide clinical mental health counseling, my years of experience in vocational pastoral ministry also provides me with a unique ability to integrate Christian/biblical counseling into clinical sessions with clients who desire this framework. 

 

Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length and range from $110-$150 per session.
